Dallas Invitational Art Fair, 2024

& event signage
I had the pleasure of working with James Cope on the second annual Dallas Invitational-- a local art fair that took place across an entire floor of the Fairmont Hotel, inviting notable galleries from across the U.S. and beyond to network with one another and reach the audience of Dallas Arts Month.
Being only the second year of the Invitational, I was tasked with developing a simple-yet-distinct set of graphics from the ground up. These were to be used on the website & Instagram, our main channels for advertising, as well as individual signs for placement in the hallway outside each room.
To achieve the desired look, I leaned on simple typography and a soft cornflower hue that felt abstractly indicative of Dallas as a destination. My goal was to be enticing to the guests of the fair, especially inviting to the gallery owners who had to fly themselves (and their pieces!) to the hotel to participate.
Main logotype is in Aktiv Grotesk, while some peripheral and body text is in the funky BC Mikser.
Auto Vida Car Dealership
All Auto Vida work is created in vector format with Illustrator, allowing me to format materials for a variety of uses. I have supported the fabrication of channel letter signage for two dealership locations, as well as designing for vinyl banners, pole banners, large-format vinyl decals, business cards, and stickers for use on our cars as well as in the office.
